Introduction

The Neuro Wellness Facilitator (NWF) Program is a social and self-employment-oriented initiative designed to provide safe wellness support services in rural and semi-urban areas while creating employment opportunities for youth.

This program prepares trained individuals to deliver wellness support services at the panchayat level, enabling people to receive health support at an affordable cost.

  To generate local employment opportunities


 Role of a Neuro Wellness Facilitator (NWF)

An NWF will:

  • Provide wellness support to people
  • Use pain-support techniques
  • Spread health and wellness awareness
  • Refer patients to doctors whenever required
  • Provide information about wellness supplements

Recruitment Process

Registration

  • Registration Fee : ₹500   Pay  ₹300
  • Registration Last Date : 13 April  2026
  • Training will begin  14 April 2026

Training Structure

  Phase 1 Online Theory Training

  Duration: 25 Days
Fee: ₹2,000   Pay  ₹1,500

Subjects Covered:

  • Basic introduction to the human body
  • Overview of nerves
  • Common causes of pain
  • Safety and ethics
  • Patient communication skills

   Phase 2 Online Practical Training

  Duration: 25 Days
 Fee: ₹2,000   Pay  ₹1,500

Subjects Covered:

  • Knee pain support techniques
  • Shoulder pain support techniques
  • Neck and lower back pain support
  • Lifestyle guidance for migraine and gas-related issues
  • Safe touch and pressure techniques
  • Doctor referral process

   Phase 3 Offline Practical Training

  Duration: 5 Days
Fee: ₹2,000   Pay  ₹1,500

Subjects Covered:

  • Field-level practical training
  • Patient handling
  • Panchayat-level working system
  • Record keeping and reporting

Special Offer

One-time complete training fee:  ₹6,000  Pay   ₹3,000/- Only 


Examination & Certification

  • An online examination will be conducted after completion of training
  • Successful candidates will receive a Neuro Wellness Facilitator Certificate

Self-Employment Opportunity

After completing the training, candidates can work independently in their panchayat area.



 

 

Scope of  Work & Ethical Guidelines

An NWF must strictly follow these rules:

  • Will not perform medical diagnosis
  • Will not prescribe medicines
  • Will not claim treatment or cure of diseases
  • Will refer patients to a doctor whenever required
  • Will provide ethical and safe wellness support services

Eligibility Criteria

  • Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
  • Interest in health and wellness services
  • Spirit of social service
  • Basic knowledge of mobile phone usage

Training Duration

Total duration: Approximately  3  months (Online + Offline)
